November 2005 CLS re-started as a private company called Lightweight Structures B.V. with a focus on creative product development, engineering and manufacturing of lightweight structures. Until December 2007 we were a 100% subsidiary of the holding company TNO Bedrijven B.V.

31 December 2007 the investment funds Private Plus Fund and Heicop I together with the management acquired all shares in Lightweight Structures B.V. from TNO Bedrijven B.V.

Beginning 2011 Lightweight Structure B.V. and the company Takke Breukelen started the joint-venture Delft Infra Composites. In Breukelen, Netherlands composite infrastructures are produced: bridges, bridge decks and bridge edge profiles.
